1. Who is Walter Kugler? How did Max and Walter meet? Describe Max Vandenburg's experience in the dark storeroom. How does Walter help him? How long has does Max have to stay in the storeroom and what does he do before he leaves? Why? This is a very scary time for Max; can you relate to him at all?
